Leading cable management solutions manufacturer Marshall-Tufflex, and sister brand Bendex, are relocating their London distribution and collection branch from Walthamstow to Watford – in a move designed to provide a better service to customers.
The move is part of an ongoing focus on customer service. Customers were experiencing increasing traffic restrictions and difficulties accessing the Walthamstow branch – and it is hoped by moving to the new location in Watford, this will be reduced.
The already established same day collection service, which provides customers with an unrivalled two-hour turnaround on product orders, will continue to be available at the new, conveniently located Watford branch. Orders can also be collected from current collection points in Manchester and next day from the Hastings depot.
