Industry welcomes new fire and security apprenticeship for Wales
The Fire and Security Association (FSA) and the Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board (SSAIB) have welcomed Welsh Government’s approval of a new Apprenticeship Pathway in Fire and Security. Consultation: Welsh Fire & Security Systems Apprenticeship
As reported by The Electrotechnical Skills Partnership (TESP), the Employer Steering Group is inviting feedback on the draft Fire and Security Systems Installation Apprenticeship Framework at CQFW Level 3 for Wales, as part of a comprehensive review, and would be interested to hear from apprentices, employers, training providers, awarding bodies, assessors and other stakeholders in Wales to ensure the new Framework is fit for purpose.
