As reported by The Electrotechnical Skills Partnership (TESP), the Employer Steering Group is inviting feedback on the draft Fire and Security Systems Installation Apprenticeship Framework at CQFW Level 3 for Wales, as part of a comprehensive review, and would be interested to hear from apprentices, employers, training providers, awarding bodies, assessors and other stakeholders in Wales to ensure the new Framework is fit for purpose.
Respondents are invited to comment on the overall sector Framework as well as specific requirements for the 2 pathways in:
• Fire detection and alarm systems
• Security Systems (Intruder, CCTV and Access Control)
This consultation should take about 15 minutes to complete and will be open until noon on Friday 30 September 2022.
